Looks like we will have the spin off of the insurance biz by May 15th. Funny, just like the AOL private placement, they did not offer the names of the other "institutional" investors. I am sure we will find out who they are in time. It seems there is an effort on the part of management to not hype the stock and manage expectations until they have a service and a product ready to deliver (ie, complete web back office and sign new insurers). This stock is going to get stupid when the spin occurs. It would be nice to see one more dive so those of us who didn't buy enough get another shot.
