H James Morris : Here's the public notice for you. I am asking you to, publicly, retrace your claim that Paine Webber flouted NASDAQ rules. This action by Paine Webber constitutes serious SEC violation. You have till the end of the day to retrace your claim, to say that what you claimed was not true.
