ABS Group was the original joint venture partner in the DBD project, however, they had limited resources and were not capable of delivering all the capital they promised for the project. Therefore, their interest in the joint venture project was greatly reduced (to approx. a 10% interest). The group which BOPM is currently is negotiating with is a multi $100 Million pharmaceutical firm. Once they agree to come onboard there will be no turning back, they will fund the full project without a problem.

Regarding yesterdays release, I think it is a mute point to name specifically the stores and chains which Bi-Coastal does business with, because those chains and stores are the who's who in their repective markets. This Direct sales effort will greatly increase sales and profitability for BOPM.
