The wackiest thing is that they really do answer the phone almost instantly (I did not even hear a ring) and the 800 number goes directly to the trading desk. The answerer is ready to take your order just like that, 60 seconds in and out. The trader exuded competence and I got in below the current ask on a market order. I used their Order Entry Lingo printout since I've been trading online so long it was initially a little awkward to actually talk to someone during an order.
