etrade has it with a 20 minute delay. it also shows the historical.
it's worth setting up an account with them even if you trade somewhere else.

i also have account with waterhouse to get standard and poor and zacks reports online.

i trade through dreyfus ($15 Per Trade Equities; Options $1.75 per contract, $15 minimum).
