Agreed on the valuation.

But this company has in the past shown themselves to not be concerned
about what shareholders think, even as the stock performs terribly.

The price to revenue is probably a sign that the market thinks the
company isn't going to make it and puts a low valuation on their
business.

It's always darkest before the dawn, of course. I'm bullish on the
valuation, but not on management.
