Joe; I have not read anything offical in the form of a press release as to what the status is on the potential sale of CJPG! But with the 10K now filed and the 1998 Audited numbers, It wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that if a deal is to be announced and closed that it could happen very soon! I hope this helps!
