To all. . .Looks like everyone is going home early today. . .that usually means some wild speculative volatility should start kicking in around noon. Good day for a wannabe company to put out their announcement of doing whatever via the net, and for the daytraders to pounce on it, the second it hits the wire.

Some of the biggest high-fliers have happened on such 'vacation' days like this. I think the big caps, the high-flying internets and the recent IPOs are mostly done for the day. . .

. . .but watch those 1.00 to 5.00 Nasdaqs, especially bio-tech, internet related or other high-techs. . . grabbing one of these at the right time can erase several months worth of ho-hum.

I have no ideas. . . irc, may. . .but then shorts are also watching for same. . . so as with everything . . .many risks in speculatives.
