Doug, you mentioned it may take a few months for the OPEC cuts to fully impact API/DOE inventory numbers. Question: will the cuts have an immediate impact on oil price as traders buying oil contracts find supply tight? Especially for US which is heavily dependent on imports (now more than ever with shut-ins and capex cuts)? For example, won't US oil importers need to look for new sources since traditional sources of Saudi Arabia, Venezuela cut amounts that can be sold to US?
