already approved AOL -NSCP "pooling of interest" method
of accounting for the acquisition. Maybe www.internetstocks.com
has it there, too.
Excellent observation of Barksdale's new role in the troika.
I stopped reading Ian's post the other night at the point where
the authors described AOL as primarily a gateway to the net.
Obviously they know jack $$hhhht, and the timing is abhorring.
Like Mr. Frank said sometime ago, these guys ought to be put
in jail for a long, long time.
