Sydney; I agree with what your basic conclusions, but my analysis
shows that somebody dumped nearly 1.5 million shares. The volume
was about 2 million above the average, about 1.5 mil additional
sales and about a .5 mil additional buys. You would have had to
watch the tape as I did to really see it unfold.

Probably a fund manager that had already decided to clear out of
IFMX this quarter and put it into AMZN, AOL, or one of the other
more aggressive short term stocks. Since IFMX was going up, he
waited until noon on the last day of the quarter to dump. The
sale blocks were in the 150k to 500k range.

I really don't think it means a whole heck of a lot in the
long term future of IFMX.
