OK, here's some DD for you. A short time ago NPEC was hovering about where it is now. At that time MDIN was bouncing between 6-8 cents. NPEC owns 20% of MDIN. MDIN goes to 40 cents. NPEC still bounces around 4 cents. Why? Because 20% of nothing proven is still nothing. Anyone checked the share count on MDIN lately?
