The new company will finish audits by April 30, 1999.

They will than file S1 with SEC this is what really counts.

It will set out who The investment bankers are, and official roll ups into new company of MIOA, NATD, OPMK, ODS.V & AESI into new company called Blank.com.

This is the only thing that counts, Dodi Z is only a side show, she does not know what is really happening, she is out of the LOOP.
