do not tell him the old auditor signed off, he is such a dim bulb. More lies, Spidey? We've all (except maybe for you and Auntie) read the 1997 10KSB. It isn't signed by any auditor. Why not? Because AZNT didn't pay them. Try again, Spidey. This was a really poor effort.
