I'd be cautious... Just a comment from a casual observer, I don't have shares long or short, but conventional wisdom says to "sell the news" especially in a case such as this where FDA approval was expected and is really not unexpected. Also, from a technical perspective today's gap up was a very nice "pop". However, if the stock doesn't hold at least the 19 3/8 level at the close (January highs), it's likely to fall back down again before making a move higher.
