I agree...long lines with horrendous waits, often 1-1/2 hrs for less than top tier rides, indifferent food (although they promise that the new Universal City Walk will be different), it is a whole different experience and not enough variation to warrant multi day visit, much less the annual pilgrimage many make to Disney World. I believe the stock is in a down cycle while all the money is pumping elsewhere. Much as they try, Disney is not yet perceived as an internet stock.
