In reading the WSJ today about the auctioning business with amazon and ebay, it strikes me that this is where most of the demand is - people selling junk to other people. ebay has over 1.8 million listings. People are making hundreds of thousands of dollars just selling junk from their basement.
Somehow BIDS must adapt their technology and tap into this market. I imagine they can easily convert their dutch auction patent technology to allow poeple to sell their junk. Granted there maybe be a higher margin on b to b stuff, but what gets you the name and recognition and stock price is the person to person. Amazon is a good testament to that as well as ebay. If BID can do that, then watch out........

Mr. Godin, can you listening to what the market is telling you? Maybe one of us should email Godin about this WSJ article and put a bug in his ear about this person to person auction. What an incredible splash that would be!!!!!!!

I'm long all the way to the NAZ..........
