Of course it's not that easy - I still have a bunch of shares in my IRA that I still feel more comfortable holding for recovery than selling and buying CSCO at current levels, not to mention Yahoo! These people are naturally quiet about their moves - and IMO for good reason, with all the bigger players around. I guess the street treats that with suspicion - they would rather see a smooth talker like Chambers at the helm. BTW, does the street scrutinize CSCO's moves anywhere near as closely - they should you know.
