Gord - Please don't represent yourself as an expert on this situation. You don't understand contract law and don't have all of the information needed to form a rational judgement. Neither do I, but then again I'm not the one who says that he knows how this will all shake down. There are no sure things in life, aside from the proverbial duo, especially when one is talking about mining plays and lawyers.
