Actually, Patricia, there was a surprise to me. It looks like the convertibles are indeed floorless. It was suggested to me they were not. I have seen a number of companies ruined by florless convertibles, and I suspect this news was responsible for the drop in share price, even though it was not yet publicly available. IMO, the fact that the convertibles are floorless is bad news. There have already been 500K shares converted at about .25/share.

It appears that the rest cannot be converted until October, so let's hope like hell the price is substantially higher by then.
