Does Smith still own all his shares? No I do not. My interests are in Envirotec and Ad Hatters, not really in the CSMA shell. I thought that the reverse of the CSMA shell was a given once the shares to the other companies were distributed. I don't understand why the surprise here. The assets have been spun-off so I am not focused on the shell anymore. If something ultimately positive occurs with this shell then the shareholders will get value from a component that didn't have much value after the spinoffs occurred. David
