Tried calling 909-245-9498, it only has a recording, tried calling Metroplus and got a goofy voice mail system with no way to get to a real person...just voicemail. Tried calling IR, just in case, on vacation, tried calling 888-644-6455, for some reason unknown to me, all I get is a recording that my call cannot go through.

I called all these numbers as well, with the same result, except for that last toll-free number. I actually got through, but got nothing but the same voice-mail system. I believe the reason JW couldn't get through is that the number is only valid for relatively local (ie Western Canadian) call originations. It is normal for small companies to do this.

Bottom line, though, we hit the same walls.
