Knock-on effect from Broadcast.com -- NAVR, RNWK, AHWY

Streaming: Yahoo's $5.7 billion purchase of Broadcast.com -- the worst-kept secret on Wall Street, according to Yahoo! CEO Tim Koogle -- put the spotlight on several other streaming audio and video stocks Thursday. Getting the bulk of the updraft was InterVu Inc. (ITVU), whose shares rose as much as 35 percent after Yahoo (YHOO) and Broadcast.com (BCST) held their conference call with investors. InterVu of San Diego this week filed for a public offering of 2.5 million shares. See the statement.

Auhiohighway.com (AHWY) and RealNetworks (RNWK), a Seattle company that once considered merging with Broadcast.com, also saw their shares rise smartly Thursday. Sneaking into the streaming content category as well is Navarre Corp. (NAVR), whose shares benefited Thursday from the company's ownership of www.netradio.com
