You can already buy shares of Softbank here in the U.S. They must be in 100 share lots, Charles Schwab makes a market in the security under the symbol SFTBF. I have placed a limit order with my broker at Olde. The bid/ask is high as Schwab buys the shares on the Tokyo market overnight. Limit orders can only be placed for the day. Softbanks portfolio of companies is quite impresssive and compared to CMGI ( which I also own) it is grossly undervalued. I decided to buy some entry shares this way because I believe they will eventually be listed in the U.S. They are already getting their books ready to meet the more stringent SEC standards. I believe it would take off hugely on the upside once listed in the US. Regards, Debra
