I also am interested in this IPO, since, as clients, we can participate in the offering price. What is your outlook for the secondary price on this one? The dilution doesn't look extreme to me, moving from about 14mil to 16 mil shares. A lot of the insider shares are tied up in trusts for family members, etc. Only bad thing I note was that it would be very hard for the company to be acquired, due to the way the class B shares are described. In my view, many of these internet trading companies will be prime targets for take-over as banks enter the equity field. That is not to say that the family might not approve of such, but I tend to think they look at this as 'their baby'.
