Dale, they did not know why the stock was down and have stated in the past week or so (prior to the quiet time that they are comfortable with the estimates for this Q and the year). There was a large institution selling, but they thought that was done. All I know is that from a fundamental analysis standpoint, this is a value stock and is dirt cheap.
