Well, it all depends. If the PP holders are indeed shorting, you can be sure they will wage an extended campaign to keep the price down so they can convert for as many shares as possible. If they are not shorting, then we just need the share price to move higher.

Unfortunately there is a long history of PP shareholders shorting various stocks to get more shares. Many companies have been ruined by this. It would have been nice if there was a provision for TSIG to buy them out for cash before the conversion, since they may well have that cash by October.
