Paul, The comments about the i860 and i960 were quotes from one of the world's leading CPU architects. I believe that the AMD 29000 was one of the first production dataflow processors. The K5 was AMD's second and last attempt to design an x86 CPU without the expertise of Nexgen. Scumbria
