Byter, I just finished a conference call with the President of CYSS and I am more convinced than ever that the company is in total control of their destiny. That, of course, includes dealing with the huge short position which is thought to be in excess of 300K. My understanding is that many financial institutions are wanting a piece of this action and (IMO) the near term price will reflect that interest. The decision on when to file the Form 10 is being addressed as we speak. I will follow up with the company and inform the thread as I learn of the exact date. My position will be increased before the middle of April. I expect some very good buying to arrive by then. WArm Regards, Chief PS-> This long weekend is well deserved, Let's all enjoy it.
