Lee- First off I tried to start a new thread on the subject thinking that there would be a few investors here who traded with one of Ameritrade's brokerages. So I suggest we move there. See Ameritrade Holding Corporation. In reagards to everything else... I'm still reading over the prospectus, though I don't know what I am really looking for. I would love to debate all the pros and cons with you and anyone else who chooses to join us. I think two of the main questions though are first, what you pointed out, can this company be aquired? (long term outlook) I though, am more interested in the short term outlook and want to know what the initial perception of the company will be? Will it be strong and shoot up? As for being able to participate in the offering price, I have only received a letter informing me I could receive a prospectus, but no information as to how I could participate in the offering. Was this implied somewhere and I missed it? Who do you trade with?
