Andrew,you people make it seem as if no one knew about the floorless,I've been telling you this for quite some time..It was spelled out in the email Marty posted(vaguely).The shocker is the 30% discount and required escrowed shares,not to mention the possibility of the 5% penalties..These holders obviously wanted and got their asses covered..Now if they're smart,they'll short against their debentures in arbitrage, and go for the big brass ring(mucho shares)DD
