Hi Hart,

Some of your questions require some additional
information which I'll get, but for now here's what I
know:

The 60 day window is for the SEC to allow
your application to come up in the queue
and then to read it section by section. Provided
that the application is correctly executed and the
fee submitted, the procedure should be straight-
forward.

Good question about the timeframe for R & D
budgets to approximate the benchmark 15 - 20%.
We don't have that set as a policy objective yet,
but I can tell you that the R & D requirement to
execute an order like the Ontario courts order would
not be an onerous commitment given that we've already
done most of the development. A speech recognition
integration will require a larger commitment but we've
budgeted for that.

ABout the Bell speech recognition engine, Bob Armstrong's
knowledge of that comes from his direct familiarity
with the technology and as such, I don't know about a
public resource for you - however, I'll ask him if he knows
of one.

Think you're right about the two questions you attribute
to shareholders in general - obviously we don't want to
be in the business of making predictions until we're
absolutely confident in our forecasts and our pipeline.
However, last quarter (Q1) represented the best quarter
historically with expenses having stabilized. Q2 should be
an improvement again and we're well aware that shareholders
have to see the improvements before they act.
