Meanwhile, if you have the report, read the paragraph on page 40. The definite impression is gained that the forward selling is part of a very comprehensive financial strategy which includes the development of various mines. It is certainly not a panic situation or an attempt to drop the POG. So, I'm surprised that they can just cut it back.

Also, if you read page 39, I'm sure you will be heartened by : "Looking to the year ahead, the state of the physical gold market offers encouragement".

Someone, earlier, quoted Barrick saying that POG could be $350 later this year. Perhaps they're going to play it that way. One thing, they're not going to lose money. They'll either sell a lot at a lower price or less at a higher price.

PS. I compliment you on your ownership of a decent gold mine --- or should I say, group of mines. I'm tired of hearing that everyone in the US only owns DRD or Randgold!
