Even though he was disliked one would have to assume that the company if given any thought to letting Del go would be perceived as very negative. Therefore by actually letting him go one would have to further assume that things must be pretty glum. Let's just throw the towel in and start over is all that can be made of it IMO.

Throwing in the towel and starting over seems like a pretty daunting task. 2+ years invested in Del's turnaround plan plus an identity crisis plus zero credibility from WS make me think we will need a miracle to get this thing off the ground. This company has officially been run into the ground and can't get up. On the positive side, if the rumors are true, and since I started them I can vouch for their validity, if a re-structuring of sales commissions is in the works there must be some sales going on. Right ?
