Info regarding Allen tender offer:
Shareholders or their brokers should have received paperwork regarding the tender offer, no one is obligated to tender their shares at $90. Because the stock is substantially higher, I can't imagine anyone tendering their shares, so the bottom line is that after all is said and done Paul Allen will own 35% of GNET and control the board. Thank you GNET!
