Did ya notice that according to the annual report at the time of its writing, Zapata has not bought a single share of its own stock with the dividend money that formally was to go to the shareholders. They said they stopped the dividend and would use those $ to buy back shares from the open market and thus benefit shareholders....

In the the same report the company said it will pay all the expenses to defend those executives that took advantage of the artificially high share price to cash in. I wonder if they will use our dividend $.

Hope everyone votes their shares according to how they have treated and are treating their shareholders......
