At least Hilton is getting geared up for this year's drilling program - their x-country trek was apparently successful.

The company has arranged a brokered private placement financing, with Canaccord Capital Corporation, as lead agent, and Research Capital Corporation acting as agents, of up to five million special warrants at $2.00 for $10-million. Each special warrant shall convert, for no additional consideration, into one unit consisting of one share and one-half of a share purchase warrant. One share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional share for two years at $2.30 in the first year and at $2.50 in the second.
The agents will receive cash commissions of 7 per cent and 650,000 broker warrants to purchase 650,000 shares for 24 months at $2.30 in the first 12 months and at $2.50 in the last 12 months.
The company has agreed to file a prospectus to qualify the special warrants. If the prospectus is not receipted within 120 days of closing, each special warrant will entitle the holder to acquire 1.1 shares and 0.55 share purchase warrant upon exercise thereof.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and drilling programs and working capital purposes."
