JMHO, the reason that HK Elrip is having the meeting the way he is having it, is because he is paranoid. Why is he paranoid? Well there are a number of things and I will list them, though not in an order of importance, just an order of mental recall:
He is currently under investigation by the SEC.
He is currently under investigation by the Utah State Attorney General.
At the last meeting, in Utah, which was announced like this one was, in attendance were several angry shareholders. HK dodged questions like:
What happened to the ERHC stock that Uinita was traded for. His response was a very weak; "well, you know how these things work".
How much stock has been issued in the last twelve months? To which he replied; "I will have to get back to you on that".
Can we see the financial statements for the last year? ; "No, we are not a reporting company".
When can we expect the spinoffs of AdHatters and Envirotech to begin trading? ; "I don't know, maybe never."
Have Coconino funds been used to buy your new home in Prescott Arizona and two brand new 65 foot timeshare houseboats on Lake Powell? ; "That is none of your f*&%ing business" - at which time he stormed out of the meeting. It was immediately following that meeting that a group of concerned shareholders had coffee and decided to make a trip to the Attorney Generals office, which they did, and have now filed a formal complaint.
I hope that is chronology of events, speaks for itself.
The best thing that could happen is that this management is removed by the US Marshall, the spinoffs are reversed, and then the stock goes back up because of many reasons, which MOST of us can probably figure out.
