I bet VTCH puts out the 10K tonight. What better time to deliver a turd, than right before a 3-day weekend. By the time investors return, it is "old news" and not really important since we are in Q2 already. Who cares about Q4? Why are these short sellers always dredging up the past? The SEC needs to crack down on these short hypesters and their lies and distortions and analysis of SEC documents. Its un-American. :-)
