OK..i just got a call from an investor...he says that 41 million shares that Gordon has listed is incorrect, 30 million are shares in options at .15 cents to be used to lend the company money....Since we will not need the money the options will not be exercised....this will leave Gordon with 10 million shares....SEC says that all the shares have to be bunched together for the filing.....
