This seems a bit too odd.

First of all, it surprises me that this incredible deal has been kept silent for so long. I'd never even heard of the next generation Internet. I work in Silicon Valley and have never had one of the network/Internet companies I work with mention this.

Also wondering why this isn't on TechWeb. Or Red Herring. Or any of the credible news sources that cover technology that I've seen.

Also wondering why Mr. Jim is so involved on the board. How many of you have had IR people from other companies you've invested in sitting on the thread, talking up the technology and answering questions?

If it sounds too good to be true....
