Alliance Trophy Club, Inc. Announces a 77% Increase in Revenue for 1998

March 31, 1999--Alliance Trophy Club, Inc., (OTC BB:ALLT) is pleased to announce the results of its 1998 audited financials for the twelve months ending December 31.

The Company's revenue increased to $2,907,286 in 1998 compared to $1,640,000 for 1997, a 77% increase. The Company's net operating income was $25,244 before a one time asset write down of $157,202 related to transactions during 1992-1994. The Company's net income was ($131,253) after the write down.

Alliance Trophy Club, Inc. projects for 1999 to exceed $5,000,000 in revenue with earnings per share of $.20.

"We are extremely pleased with the revenue growth for 1998 and feel going forward that we will be able to continue this rate of growth for the next couple of years," stated Lance White. "We also feel that we have positioned ourselves to realize greater profit margins going forward. The Company has come out of the gates for 1999 quickly and we feel very comfortable that we could exceed the projections we have made for this year."

Alliance Trophy Club, Inc. with it's wholly owned subsidiary, White Castle Custom Homes, is a builder of single family custom homes, principally in Denton County, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The Company also engages in limited residential real estate development by purchasing and maintaining a small inventory of single family home lots and selling the lots and/or homes it builds thereon.
