No offense met but you had better stick to telephony. On most cars that don't have disc brakes on the rear the drums slips over the studs . The wheel then goes over the studs and the lug nuts are then put on. That secures the drum so it won't fall off. The front brakes drums however have a large nut to secure the wheel bearing and the drum. Maybe you were April foolin us ?
