Hi Charles,

It would have been nice to have had contact earlier, considering the length of time you've held stock in BIO.

I don't know of any mutual funds holding any BIO stock. Also I don't know of any broker recomendations as of today. I do know that Doug Kearns (Financial Officer) went to do the rounds of brokerage houses, but since he wasn't prepared to give any technical info to them, they feel they can hardly reccommend the stock. The reason given is because Bob Rieveley is extremely cautious about giving anything away.( My own experience meeting him supports this completely) You could argue that BIO have got this far in the last year, almost despite Bob Rieveley.

Possibly the most signifcant change to the company was bringing Dr. Gaucchi (if anybody knows about his track record I'd like to know more) on board. He has considerable experience in negotiating on the technical side, and he takes the view if it isn't essential to tell anybody don't tell them. However, he isn't quite as paranoid as Mr. Rieveley so partial technical info has been given to brokers now (in particular Yorkton), and they are prepared to accept his opinion as a third party opinion even though he's consulting for the company. I guess he has his reputation to protect, so he's not going to put it on the line for a scam.

Another curious point about Bob Rieveley is his decision to go after a NASDAQ small cap listing directly rather than get the OTC listing first. Both are in good shape.( BTW Why apply for the NASDAQ listing if you're not sure you can get the entry price?)

Would you be kind enough to tell me how you got involved with the stock, why you bought more, what you know (believe) and what you expect to happen next? You've held this stock longer than I have, and if you're accumulating it, with respect, you should know who's in or out of the picture.

For anybody reading this, I have to say I'm pretty tired of this thread being a question and answer session with me doing the answering all the time.I'm not employed by the company. I have a lot of money in it ,for me, although at the AGM I was easily the smallest shareholder there. I was also the only one who bought retail ! As such I follow it very closely. I don't feel responsible for whether anybody else invests or not, but I'd be very happy to compare notes, either on this thread or directly. When was the last time any of you who follow this thread actually called the company? If you own shares it makes no sense at all, not to call.

I don't post the name of the multi-national that BIO is negotiating with, but if you hold the stock you should know already.

Looking forward to hearing from you Charles

Robin
