It appears to be a lot different. If I own land I collect rent. If I own a node, NIG collects rent... NIG collects everything.

So where is the underlying value, because it appears I DON'T own a portion of NIG.

And it is not like stock, because I don't own a portion of NIG.

And it is not like commodities because there are a limited, fixed number.

And it is not like metals because have no special relationship to currency.

I am leaning more and more to the fact you are pulling a very good April's fool joke.

In my opinion.
