Yes. If you look at the 2/17/99 8-K filed with the SEC, One ADR equals 3 shares. It specifically states that they got some 2 1/2+ million shares equal to 1/3 as many ADR's. Also, the IMUL stock is restricted as to sale over some stated period of time, that I don't recall.

This is why in my posting on this I used the amount you mentioned and suggested a haircut to that for the risks of price change before the value could be realized. Look at the trading volume on CNTBY and guess where the price would be if much were to come for sale.
