Everyone. These "X2" delays will not help USRX in the short term and possibly in the coming months. How frustrating it must be for those out there who want to see this modem on the retail shelves since early February. How frustrating for the retailers and retail public to be misled by false advertising. How frustrating it must be to call these retailers every week and each time receive an anxious dissapointment. How very much frustrating it is for anxious shareholders.

There is a possibilty that the share price for USRX will not rise this week or the next several weeks. There may not be a flood of people anxious to get one of these modems now or upgrade soon because of the current situation with the delays. There are those who may wish to stand on the sidelines before making their purchase until the technology is proven with media reviews or that potential bugs or problems in these modems are rectified.

USR had a opportunistic chance to increase their domination in the modem market with this product. But from the way they've handled this product introduction, their continual underestimation of a release date, their previous claims of successful beta testing on the national market, erodes my trust in their marketing abilities.

Expecting a sudden increase in the price of the stock could lead to your dissapointment. Anything is possible. But the current delays and frustrations may affect the price in a neutral or negative direction.
