Vegas, the fear is that they will indeed use more of the PP. If they were to use the full amount at .25/share, that would be another 40M shares. If they only use 2.5M, it will be 10M shares at .25/share. So far as I understand it, they have used about 1.5M. At .25/share, that would be 6M shares at .25. If we are lucky, they will not need the rest.

SO FAR, only 125K worth of shares (a bit more than 500K shares) have actually been converted. If the rest have to wait until October to convert, we could do just fine.

However as other have stated, most often these kinds of financings result in significant shorting. There are many ways of shorting the stock using Canadian and offshore brokers and directly through market makers.
