There is no 30-day period, expect an S1-a to be filed. I am anticipating a gap up when the S1-a is filed, it's a (most likely) necessary step toward the IPO. We may shed these gains, but it will have little, if nothing to do with some perceived 30-day turn around by the SEC. jw steve
