Split?

I finally got my call back from investor relations today. My question was wether NEON had enough authorized shares outstanding to effect a 2/1 split. I was going to figure it out myself, but IR told me that they did not. They did have enough for the last split, but now they do not. The next shareholder meeting is June 15 or thereabouts per IR. So it seems to me this will have to climb on its own merits. Just a thought for anyone who owns this just because of the split.
